05 Deposits & Payments
All financial transactions on the starph11 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits:
- Accepted Methods: starph11 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), direct bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
- Prohibited Methods: Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted.

13 Termination & Account Closure
starph11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
- Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. starph11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from account suspension or closure where such action was taken due to your breach of these terms.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent starph11 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
15 Amendments to These Terms
starph11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
